Subject 1: Lubrication
Extra virgin olive oil is good for salad dressing and also quite good for chain lube. A dash of balsamic vinegar and some fresh basil tends to make the chain jump between sprockets.
Thousand island dressing melts carbon fibre and clashes with our team kit.
Paul Newman's Caesar dressing builds up on the jockey wheels and was responsible for wearing out Steve's ceramic bearings.
Choose a proper bike lube... But not Finish Line.

Why is all finish line really really rubbish.
I find it crap on the road and mtb.

Dark soy sauce runs a bit noisy.
Light soy sauce is like Finish Line.
